Consumerization is the new “black” in the technology space when it comes to go to market strategy. The same can be said for Agile approach on software development. Apps, SaaS, mobile, you name it… But when it comes to enterprise customer support, the picture is rather bleak. Same business models, same crazy margins, same low priority on decision makers’ agenda.
The time has come for software vendors to radically change the way they think about customer support. What I aim in this blog is to make a case for a introducing agile principles in the world of customer support.
